Hi Tanisha! I’ve never tried this with brown sugar actually. It will change the texture a little but it should work!

The sugar on top is the star!! You can definitely freeze it–just be sure to let it cool completely before freezing. When you defrost it the top does tend to get less crunchy, but still delicious! Enjoy!
