Love how easy it is to make – literally the time or takes the oven to great up is the time it takes me to make this (including cutting the baking paper for the tin).
It’s also very forgiving, We’ve done it with fresh, frozen and defrosted berries and it works like a charm every time.
I reckon it tastes better the second day as well.
