Hi! I plan to make this but was wondering if you had great dairy free substitutes for the butter. I wasn’t sure if I should go the ghee route or oil route. Thanks!

I want to start by saying these are to die for! Actually life changing. But I did have some challenges getting the pretzel layer to stay attached to the brownies when I cut them. I would say next time I will do a base layer of chocolate directly on the brownies, then add the pretzels, then more chocolate. I think the extra layer of chocolate would really help the pretzels adhere. I also used some melted salted caramel chips from TJs along with the melted chocolate and it was insanely good.

Hello! Is the chocolate melted for the pretzels also bittersweet? Or do you use a different chocolate? It’s not specified.

These were delicious. Made it with a mix of 99%, 70% (Lindt) and 50% (Callebaut) and added haighs caramel chocolate chunks in place of pretzels as I didn’t have them on hand. Thanks for a great recipe!

These look awesome! When you say bitter sweet chocolate is that the same as dark? like 70%
