Hi Sarah! I wouldn’t recommend skipping the sugar–it will totally change the texture! You could go down on it a bitt but just keep in mind they’ll be cakier and not as fudgy!

You can use salted butter and just reduce the amount of added salt to 1/4 teaspoon!

The brownie is such a good texture, very fudgy but still chewy and has a nice shiny top thanks to the melted butter and sugar. Also so easy to make! I made mine in an 11×7 pan and baked for about the same time.
