I’ve made them three times now. The first two times I had issues with the white chocolate chips melting when stirred in. The third time, I was determined they would not melt. I let the marshmallow/rice krispie mixture sit in the mixing bowl for about 7 minutes before adding the chips. It was a little messy but aesthetically a much more pleasing result to be able to see the chips. I also added 1/2 t. vanilla and 1/2 t. almond extract because I really wanted that birthday cake flavor.
