The eggnog cream cheese frosting is divine – not too much eggnog or nutmeg but just enough to give it some festive flavour. Recipe was easy to follow and simple to make. Also, ran out of all purpose flour while baking so I used 1 1/2 cups bread flour to replace the AP that I was missing and it didn’t seem to affect the result. The eggnog flavor was a bit more subtle than expected (I also slightly warmed an additional 1/2 cup of eggnog until the chill was off and drizzled it over the top of the rolls right before baking) but they were delicious!

You can–knead the dough for about 10 minutes or until they dough passes the window pane test! And yes–you can prep these the day before, roll them and cut them out and then cover and place in the fridge instead of having the second rise! In the morning, take the rolls out of the fridge and let them come to room temperature before baking as directed!
