Hi Kate! If your dough is feeling sticky you can add up to 3/4 cup more flour!

Hi Ruby! You can let the dough proof overnight in the fridge for it’s second rise! Place the dough into the muffin tins, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge until ready to bake in the morning!

It seems baking them in a muffin tin keeps them from spreading like they do on a baking sheet which makes the delicious layers of cinnamon more concentrated. The gooey deliciousness of this cinnamon roll is beyond compare!
