Your bread is taking almost 2 hours to cook?! What type of pan are you using–I’m in shock and would love to add a note!

Hi Riley! Apologies for the delay–we had a glitch in our comment system! We typically fluff up and spoon our flour into a measuring cup before leveling off with the back of a knife!

I was thinking maybe I used too much apple. Recipe calls for 2 apples, but sizes vary so much. It’d be more helpful to give an exact weight or amount in cups. I cut mine in 1/4” dice. Thank you. My cookbook just arrived today so I’m looking forward to trying more of your recipes.

A piece of advice: be prepared to cook it a lot longer than 45 minutes. I’ve made it twice now and both times I had to cook it an extra 40-50 minutes longer

Question…How do you typically measure your flour? Thanks!

Ended up baking it for a little over 50 minutes, then it came out perfect. Got lots of compliments!

only thing – it almost 70mins to bake – at convection 160*fan forced. I will be making this again very soon!

Changes I made: I cut back on the sugar by about 3/4 cup out of necessity (ran out) and had no issues!
I also added chopped pecans (walnuts would work too) to the cinnamon sugar mixture — OMG so good.
Also had to add a solid 10 min to the cook time, tester kept coming out wet… might be my oven’s problem.
