My kids couldn’t tell it was gluten free – they usually balk at the gluten free sweets I make, but they loved this. Thanks for a great recipe! It’s my new go-to for pumpkin bread!

So moist and an easy one bowl recipe. I only had ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon around, but it turned out great with good spice! There is a typo in the recipe card stating 1 and 1/4 cup sugar is needed, but the blog post says 3/4 cup. I used 3/4 cup and it turned out great! It’s not too sweet! Thank you so much!! Love your recipes and so excited to bake through Sweet Tooth!
