Hi Dani! So bummed to hear that. this should work okay with vegetable oil too but could need a longer bake time because vegetable oil isn’t as solid as butter!

Broma is my go to for baking— you never miss! I was out of Greek yogurt, so I had to get crafty, and I used a few tablespoons each of whipping cream, ricotta cheese, and half of my daughter’s strawberry gogurt tube and it actually turned out fantastic.
