They are scrumptious. Surprisingly there wasn’t a strong PB flavor, really just a hint – in the muffins proper, I haven’t yet added the drizzle. I wanted to taste the muffins before deciding on the drizzle. I’ll be adding the drizzle. This very well could replace my go-to recipe when I have bananas that need to be used up!

This is my new go-to banana bread recipe. I skipped the peanut butter drizzle. I was really like how the chocolate, peanut butter and banana flavors all come through and were very well balanced.

They are excellent One question, for the banana and peanut butter bread, can I avoid or replace the peanut butter with something else? Thanks

I baked it in an 8×8 for 35 minutes and it turned out beautifully (if anyone it looking for a shorter baking time method). My one question is the ingredients call for only baking soda but the directions say “After mixing, stir in cocoa, baking powder & soda, salt…” I’m guessing this is a typo? I baked with the ingredients listed and it turned out just fine.

I didn’t see the exact measurements for the baking powder (baking soda was listed). I referenced another chocolate based bread and winged it (added 1/4 tsp of baking powder). Could you confirm if this was correct? I used sunflower butter and everything came out moist and delicious! Thanks again!
