My husband wanted to eat them all before our family gathering. The only trouble I ran into was the icing being a bit runny so it was hard to do decorating. Next time I will try to add a bit more powdered sugar.
Also, I made my dough the night before and it really helped me with the cleanup!

I’ve never had so many friends rave about gingerbread. It was also super easy recipe to make and the dough wasn’t rock hard out of the fridge making it a breeze to roll and cut.

I ended up using less flour to account for not having enough molasses. The cookies still turned out great and the dough was easy to handle, even with my toddler. Another great broma recipe ❤️
