Baked very well and nicely at 50 minutes. The taste was more cinnamon than apple, but still pleasant. Followed the recipe exactly and achieved great results. Cake/bread had a fine crumb but not dry, moist and held it’s shape very nicely. Would definitely make again. Thanks
