They were incredibly easy. Brownies aren’t my favorite baked good, but these are making the regular rotation. I would count this as broma nostalgia + quick late night treat!

I just made these for my family, cosmic brownie obsessseddd!!, and they LOVED them!! My dad is a child at heart, and he ate 1/3 of the pan right away!! Waiting for my brother to be the real judge since he eats cosmic brownies in his lunch every day, but I’m sure he will love themmm! I made the ganache with 3/4 cup milk chocolate and 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips!

I knew the ganache would be too bitter for kids so I used 1 cup milk chocolate and 1/2 cup semi sweet and it came out perfect. Great treat for lunch boxes 🙂
