My son and his girlfriend though the flavor was good, but the texture was a bit mushy. My niece, whom I made them for and follows a gluten free and dairy free diet, thought they were wonderful. I’ll have to make them with regular AP flour and see how they turn out. Overall, they seemed to be good.

In step 6, you say that if the glaze is too thick, we should add 1 tsp lemon EXTRACT. For such a small amount of glaze, wouldn’t 1 tsp be an overwhelming amount? I’m wondering if you perhaps didn’t mean (more) lemon juice? Thanks so much!
