Hi Emily! Unfortunately because of the egg ratio this recipe is tough to halve! I’d recommend making the whole recipe and then just freezing half!

I made a batch last night and they were pretty good, but this morning I realized I didn’t add the sea salt flakes!! I have made them several times and they are now a freezer staple so we can have them anytime and impress guests. I’ve only made them with light brown sugar (keep forgetting to buy dark), I can only imagine that they will be even better once I get around to making them with dark brown sugar!

Hi Shir! The nespresso capsules will be a little gritty, so if you can get your hands on espresso powder use that instead!
