Hi Paula! Thank you for your kind words! We used a wide circle tip–I’m not sure the exact number!

So good and so addictive, our staple tiramisu recipe now! (May need more than one package of lady fingers if making in a 9×13 pan.)

Brought this to a family dinner that was full of Italians and this German girl rocked dessert! Thank you for your perfect recipe! 🥰 (had to make my own lady fingers as there was none to be found in the stores thus close to Christmas) Will definitely make this again!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I totally agree with you on the sugar–it’s definitely more authentic at 2/3 cup 🙂 So happy you’re enjoying the pistachio tiramisu too!

I tried it with the full 1 cup of sugar, but I found that to be too sweet for my tastes (my American husband liked it lol) so going forward I would definitely decrease it to 2/3 cup. I skipped the rum and just added a bit more vanilla extract and it tasted great! By the way, I also tried the pistachio tiramisu recipe from Broma and it was absolutely divine so I recommend checking that out (multiple people said it was the best they’ve ever had!)

Absolutely the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. So easy to make, and I’ve never made tiramisu before! The marscarpone component was perfect, divine, sublime!! Everyone in my fam loved it!! Thank you for this wonderful recipe!!

Hi Polly! So bummed to hear that–what brand of mascarpone are you using? I find some are significantly more water than others so hoping that’s your culprit and a quick swap will fix it!
