In reply to Natalie. Thank you--that's so sweet! You can absolutely use frozen peaches! The galette will look slightly different because most frozen peaches do not have skin and are not chopped up in the same slices, but it will work!

I was in a pinch so I used a store bought pie crust and it was still amazing! So quick and easy, and very tasty! 10/10

Followed the recipe to a T, and it came out perfect! No soggy bottom at all (Paul Hollywood would be proud lol) super delicious, not overly sweet. A little time more consuming than your average bake, but not too difficult 🙂 can’t wait to bake this for my mum and sister soon.
