This is delicious. Making it for the 2nd time this week to use up the rest of the peaches I picked nearly 2 weeks ago. It’s a hit with my hubby.

So easy so delicious!! I added some spices in the peaches like cinnamon, grated fresh ginger and cardamom powder and even though i forgot the salt in the crumble it ended up being delicious! thank you!

So buttery and delicious! I only had 4 peaches so halved the recipe, keeping the full amount for the crisp topping. Also added some chopped pecans for kicks! A summer hit!

Maybe I missed it… For the topping, you mention 2/3 cups old fashioned oats. In the instructions for making the topping I don’t see any mention of the oats?? The recipe sounds delicious. Another advantage is that cinnamon isn’t used, and the natural flavors won’t be covered up.
