Hi Kathy! If you don’t have a food processor I’d use a pastry cutter and do it by hand! I think the Kitchenaid would overwork it!

Hi Jessica! Yes–this will make 2 pie crusts means for a 9 inch pan! So you can make 2 pies with just bottom crusts, or if you need a top crust for both you can double the recipe!

Hi Emaly! You can absolutely blind bake this. You can bake it at 375F for 20 minutes with pie weights or until golden brown all over!
