Yes this makes a delicious loaf!! You can bake it i a 1 pound loaf pan for 50 to 60 minutes!

I did take it upon myself to make them lemon blueberry by adding zest and juice, but it’s the recipe that makes them SO GOOD! Fluffy but a good dense bite- perfect amount of berries… they rise and don’t sink after cooling…this is the holy grail of blueberry (lemon) muffins!
