It’s truly Lucullan fare!
It’s also very easy to make, although I did end up with a few tiny ice crystals and it does become very hard, so scooping and refreezing is a bit of a challenge.
It was received with surprise and praise by my family and I’m looking forward to trying out other flavours

Hi Crystal! You can use honey instead of corn syrup, but there isn’t a great swap for the sweetened condense milk!

Hi Teresa! We usually do 1 teaspoon of espresso powder! You can find espresso powder in the coffee aisle–it’s a super finely ground espresso powder. We usually use DeLallo!
