In reply to Sam. Hi Sam! You can absolutely make this in the fridge instead of the freezer! We usually do ours in the freezer because they last longer there and set up quicker (we're impatient), but you can certainly refrigerate it instead!

Why do you say 2 cups heavy cream, divided? The first sentence says to whip the remaining 2 cups of heavy cream, but I can’t see where more cream was used. Thanks!
