Ok these are ridiculously good! Soft, pillowy and packed with strawberry flavor. They aren’t too sweet either! I would call this a perfect breakfast cookie lol! Ms. Sarah, you have done it again! I love your recipes.

Step 2 mentions salt but I don’t see it in the ingredients for the crumble. how much salt should I add?

Is there any suggestion for strawberry preserves substitute? Don’t have any and dont feel like getting a whole jar I wont use/eat. Dried strawberries? Macerated strawberries?
