Hi Sav! What kind of peanut butter did you use? That could be your culprit! It’s also possible you overmeasured the flour slightly–be sure to really fluff up the flour and spoon and level it off for best results!

I have tried many peanut butter cookie recipes over the years and they always end up being dry, BUT not these cookies!! They were the best recipe so far! It will for sure become a staple cookie recipe in my home!
