I made this cheesecake this week, and overall it turned out quite nice and my family absolutely loved it. Next time, I’ll probably lessen the sugar in the crumble by a few grams though.
Also, my parchment paper completely got stuck to the base and wouldn’t come out easily. One more thing, while baking, there was a lot of fat/oil leak. I’m not sure why because I followed the recipe to the T. But overall, nice recipe and I’ll surely make it again!! Thank you!

Love everything about it. The crumble, the filling, the crust and the vanilla drzzle, and easy to make. It’s pretty, too. Thank you for a great recipe, Sofi!

Was shocked how light it tastes given the cream cheese and sour cream. The place where mine didn’t match up to the photos/recipe was the streusel topping didn’t get golden brown like the photos, even after an hour (ended up putting the broiler on and it came to a nice golden color), but my oven might be running a little cool. After the hour, the middle was a bit jiggly but I trusted the recipe and it was right – not undercooked at all! However, I think I jiggled it a little too forcefully as it created a crack in the middle section, so a word of advice to be very gentle with checking how soft the middle is!

I actually doubled the blueberries, and the overall cheesecake was delicious. the crust and crumb send it over the top. didn’t even bother with the glaze, as it really didn’t need it. thanks for a great recipe.

Nothing tops Cheetos HAHA. But this would be delicious with lemon–I’ve tried it with lemon zest in the batter and lemon in the glaze and can confirm it is delightful!

I made some of your recipes & they never disappoint. We have family gathering this Holy Week and I would like to bake this recipe of yours but I don’t have blueberries or any berries on hand. Can I possibly make this without the blueberries? Thanks in advance for replying. Be safe, always <3
