SO well explained in the description and the steps. It has become highly requested by friends, family, and coworkers. I used Biscoff cookies for the crust instead of graham cracks and it elevated the recipe oh so slighty – SO yummy. Question – was wanting to turn this into a fall recipe a little bit. Would canned pumpkin work in place of the jam?

I ended up just adding it in when I was mixing up the cheesecake part, I hope that was right!
